Leading Change supports learning and network support for sustainability leaders between the ages of 19-35. We help equip them with the skills and support they need to accelerate action towards a livable, inclusive future. 


The young people we work with are mature, forward-thinking individuals who are interested in expanding their network across different disciplines, industries, viewpoints, and theories of change. They’re exactly the kind of people to navigate complexity or share an inspiring conversation about visions for the future.

Leading Change has grown into a movement recognized by young people and organizations across the country. Our work is primarily organized by volunteers, so sponsor contributions and in-kind partnerships go directly towards the costs associated with designing and running high-caliber programs.
