Executive

Biboye (Bo) Aganaba
Executive Director

Biboye (Bo) Aganaba is the Executive Director of Leading Change where he is responsible for the operations, programs, fundraising, and strategic plan of the organization. As the son of Nigerian immigrants and having lived in multiple countries, Biboye is a self-described global citizen. He is passionate about the relationships between urbanism, ecology, social justice, and how we can embrace the natural world within the places that we live. Biboye has a degree in Biology from Thompson Rivers University where he was a Sustainability Ambassador, advocating for more sustainable practices and behaviours on campus. He also attended Aalborg University in Denmark, studying the Climate Science and Sustainable Cities Master’s Program. Through his time at Aalborg University, Biboye had the opportunity to engage with local and national stakeholders in various projects and policy proposals – learning more about what sustainability looks like on the Danish national stage and in Europe.

Alex Carr
Vice President, Marketing and Communications

Alex Carr heads up the marketing communications team at Delphi and its sister organizations within the constellation. She has more than 15 years of experience working with and for blue chip corporations, government and NGOs in Canada, Australia, Europe and the U.S. Alex has extensive expertise across the range of marketing communication activities, with a focus on advancing sustainability and the low-
carbon economy.

Alex has a Master of Communications from Sussex University and an undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia.

In her spare time, Alex likes to spend as much time outdoors as possible with her two young boys and dog.

Ted Ferguson
Chief Sustainability Officer

As Chief Sustainability Officer for the constellation, Ted is responsible for ensuring we are working in accordance with our vision, and making steady progress towards it through the specific missions of each entity. Ted is also the Managing Director to CBSR, working along with their Executive Director and Program Director to ensure those initiatives are successful.

Ted has over 25 years of experience working with leading-edge companies, governments and strategic initiatives to create value from combining business strategy and sustainability. Half of his experience has been with Delphi, helping business succeed through sustainability across most sectors of the economy, including: energy, food and beverage, retail, finance, telecom, manufacturing and transportation. He has delivered dozens of strategies for clients, and continues to work with many of them on ensuring successful implementation. He led Delphi as president from 2016 to the beginning of 2021.

Prior to joining Delphi, Ted worked for BC Hydro, where he was responsible for corporate sustainability strategy, policy engagement on carbon regulations, and climate change risk management. He also helped develop the first set of rules and guidelines for the international emission markets while working at Foreign Affairs Canada. Ted began his career at the David Suzuki Foundation.

Ted has a Masters Degree the University of Northern British Columbia and an Honours undergraduate degree from Trent University.

Beyond Delphi, Ted leads an active and engaged life with his wife and two boys. He is a volunteer with Velo MSM, a group of mountain bikers creating trails at Mont Ste Marie in Quebec, and on the board of Club MSM, the alpine ski racing club at the same ski area. Ted also volunteers for greening activities at schools in Ottawa.

Bolu Adegbembo
Administrative Assistant

Bolu is an Administrative Assistant with The Delphi Group. She first joined the organization in October of 2022. As she loves lending out a helping hand in her personal life, she enjoys being able to incorporate that part of her life into her work life by helping members of the organization wherever she can. Along with a strong customer service background, Bolu also holds a Culinary Arts Degree from the Culinary Institute of Canada in Prince Edward Island.

Shelby Beveridge
HR Generalist

Shelby is a strategic and results focused HR professional who is dedicated to finding new and innovative ways to make an impact. Born and raised in the Muskoka’s, Shelby enjoys spending her free time on the water, being outdoors with her young family, and reading thriller novels in her spare time. Although HR is now her true passion, she spent four wonderful years teaching kindergarten. Her professional background ranges from local non-profits to the private sector. With an educational background in Social Work and HR, she hopes to obtain her CHRP in the upcoming months.

Diana Bowles
Financial Analyst

Diana will be overseeing the day-to-day financial activities primarily focussing on invoicing and is also responsible for all aspects of financial reporting for all constellation companies.

Prior to joining Delphi, Diana was the Accounting Analyst for the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, where she was responsible for the financial reporting, month-end and budget processes and leading the annual external financial audit.

Diana is currently working towards completing her CPA designation. She has successfully passed all the required exams and is now working towards finishing the final months of the required experience.
In her spare time Diana enjoys spending time with her friends, family and dog Bentley the Shih Tzu. She loves running, hiking, yoga and played university varsity soccer throughout her undergrad. Diana also loves to travel and is a huge football fan. Go Pats go!!

Craig Duvall
Operations Manager

 

Craig is the Operations Manager, supporting the Operations Director and the broader Delphi team.

Prior to joining The Delphi Group, Craig studied at Carleton University and worked in the field of aircraft de-icing operations. 

Outside of Delphi, he enjoys making music and spending time outdoors with family and friends

Navleen Hundal

Navleen Hundal
Administration Assistant

Navleen Hundal is a young yet mature business graduate, starting her career as an Administrative Assistant for the Shared Services. In this role, she provides administrative support for Senior Management which includes managing daily calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing events, and facilitating client engagement. Prior to working with Globe Series, she worked as an HR Assistant at an architectural firm where she assisted in maintaining a warm and motivated work environment along with creating work-life balance for the employees.

Navleen completed her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from University of Fraser Valley, Canada majoring in Human Resources Management and Communications. She is passionate about helping people and listening to their sides of the story. She is driven to learn about different perspectives of life and what it has to offer.

Navleen was born and brought up in the holy city of Amritsar, Punjab, India before she moved to BC for her higher studies. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, painting, travelling around the world; basically everything that brings joy and fulfilment to her soul.

Emily Lau

Emily Lau
Program Coordinator

Emily is Leading Change’s Program Coordinator where she is responsible for organizing and coordinating Leading Change’s Leadership Coffee Chats series and the virtual hubs program. She is passionate about engaging and empowering youth through equitable and inclusive ways to bring together a diversity of young people to the table to build a more sustainable future.

Emily has a degree in Environment Studies and a minor in Biology from the University of Waterloo where she completed an undergraduate thesis studying barriers and opportunities for community engagement in strategies to protect the Great Lakes. She is in the process of completing a certificate in Community Engagement, Leadership, and Development to strengthen and develop her community engagement practices.

Outside of work she enjoys reading, music, travelling, volunteering, and starting crafting projects before completing any of the ones she is working on.

Lisa Milne
Manager, Digital Marketing

Having worked with GLOBE Series since 2016, Lisa became part of Delphi’s marketing team in 2018. She enjoys deep dives into the technical and narrative aspects of sustainability leadership through Delphi’s blog and keeps our network engaged with her finger on the social media pulse. Her past work in database management and b2b informs a unique and curated marketing perspective across sectors. Other areas of special expertise include content editing, e-marketing, excel spreadsheet magic, event app infrastructure, and eating palak paneer up to 5 times a week.

Lisa has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology & English Literature from UBC, graduated from SFU’s nationally recognized The Writer’s Studio, and is certified by RED Academy in Digital Marketing. After 8 years in the legal sector, Lisa loves working in a space that celebrates innovation and passion as the best tools to achieve a sustainable future.

The psychic offspring of David Foster Wallace and one of those dipping bird toys, Lisa’s love of words is only surpassed by her singlemindedness. A life-time Vancouverite, she lives metres from the seawall with her partner, two cats, and their electric Nissan Leaf.

Marne O'Flaherty Wills
Specialist, Partnerships

Marne is responsible for supporting sales, sponsorship, and business development across our group of organizations as well as contributing to the delivery and management of partner initiatives. Marne brings a wealth of event experience to her role, serving as a member of the GLOBE program and partnerships teams since 2013.

Marne has a Master of Philosophy in Environment and Development from the University of Cambridge and an undergraduate degree from Queens University.

In her spare time, Marne is a sports enthusiast and enjoys keeping active through running, hiking, and spending time with her family of five in beautiful North Vancouver, B.C., the traditional, ancestral, and unceded traditional territory of the Squamish Nation.

Kat Perkovic
Graphic Designer

Katarina Perković is a graphic designer, illustrator, and proud cat momma of two! A first generation immigrant from Croatia, her interest in illustration and visual communication began at a very young age. Although she is a recent graphic design graduate, Katarina has been freelancing for a few years, designing for local non-profits, post-secondary schools, and design agencies. She is a self-described lifelong learner and is always striving to learn new skills while using her creativity and work ethic to benefit those who’ve instilled their trust in her as their designer.

Alongside her graphic design education, Katarina holds a BEd (English teachable) and a BA specializing in English Rhetoric and Women’s Studies. She has always been interested in social issues, communication, and learning, and uses these interests to steer her design endeavours.

Monica Prak
Digital Marketing Specialist

Monica is a travel, crafting, and digital marketing enthusiast. She loves being able to blend creativity with analytics. This definitely comes in handy when tasked with developing innovative marketing strategies and drafting reports. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business during which she studied in Ottawa, China and Thailand, in addition to a Digital Marketing certificate.

Monica has a natural curiosity and desire to learn which helps her thrive in dynamic setting. As a digital marketer she works on a variety on things ranging from website updates to advertising campaigns. Currently Monica is pursuing a Digital Analytics certificate and is excited to learn more marketing skills that’ll help boost the Constellation’s marketing efforts.

Off the clock Monica loves bullet journaling, enjoying picnics in the park and planning her next trip.

Amit Rai
Information Systems Analyst

 

Amit has the extensive track record of designing, implementing and supporting information systems.

He is passionate about programming, troubleshooting problems and creating solutions for real life and complex business problems. During his career journey, he has worked with various globally recognized companies to implement and support information systems.

He loves reading, traveling, photography and spending time with his lovely wife and son.

Breanna Rocha
Operations Coordinator

 

Breanna is the Operations Coordinator to the Delphi group and the broader organization. Prior to joining Delphi, Breanna held a variety of administrative positions within the healthcare field and the private sector. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa and a Graduate Certificate in office administration from Algonquin College.

Breanna enjoys spending time with her family and two cats.

Rachael Simpson
Administrative Lead and EA to the President and CEO

Rachael is the Administrative Lead and EA to the President and CEO, and also provides administrative support to the broader organization. Prior to joining Delphi in 2011, Rachael held administrative positions within the health and wellness sector and Carleton University. She holds a BA in English Literature from Carleton University.

Rachael enjoys gardening, upcycling, and spending time at her family’s farm.
