June 2nd, 2026 | Toronto Botanical Gardens

Apply by April 24th to join 150 of Canada’s top young leaders for a full day of learning, co-creation, and action toward a more resilient future!

About Summit

Since 2003, Leading Change has brought young leaders together through our annual signature event, Leading Change Summit, a space for collaboration, inspiration, and collective action.

This year, we’re shaking things up to bring you an immersive, hands‑on experience that goes far beyond your traditional conference. On June 2 at the Toronto Botanical Gardens, we’ll convene up to 150 motivated young professionals for an energizing, full‑day of hands‑on workshops, co‑creation sessions, networking, immersive nature experiences, and more. Expect future‑focused discussions, honest conversations about what it means to lead through uncertainty, and opportunities to directly shape solutions alongside peers, innovators, and sector leaders.

Anchored in the theme of resiliency, this Summit will challenge and empower you to strengthen your own resilience as a leader while contributing to the systems‑level resilience Canada needs for a sustainable, thriving future.

Leading Change Summit 2026 proudly serves as the flagship event of the Toronto Climate Week Youth Track.
